Habitual Child Victim Offender - the offender is required to fulfill these requirements for a period of life or 20 years as determined by the judge with annual registration on each anniversary of the initial registration.Habitual Sex Offender - the offender is required to fulfill these requirements for a period of life or 20 years as determined by the judge with annual registration on each anniversary of the initial registration.You cannot petition for removal of classification. Child Victim Predator - the offender is required to fulfill these requirements for your lifetime with registration verification every 90 days after the date of initial registration.Sexual Predator - the offender is required to fulfill these requirements for your lifetime with registration verification every 90 days after the date of initial registration.Tier lll Offender - after initial registration date, the offender is required to verify registration information, in person, to the sheriff of the county where the offender,s residence address is located every 90 days for life.Tier ll Offender - after initial registration date, the offender is required to verify registration information, in person, to the sheriff of the county where the offender's residence address is located every 180 days for 25 yrs.Tier I Offender - after initial registration date, the offender is required to verify registration information, in person, to the sheriff of the county where the offender's residence address is located annually for 15 yrs.
